Download ROM: http://d-h.st/aOj
Download Hybrid: Apps http://d-h.st/6LU

Wipe everything meaning Cache, Dalvik cache, Factory data reset, System.

Install ROM

Reboot into ROM

Let sit and settle for 10 mins

Reboot to recovery

Wipe Cache and Dalvik

Install Hybrid Apps

Reboot Enjoy

Current bugs
About Phone causes an FC in settings
ParanoidAndroid Backup app fc's on startup and likely will not work
Softkey lights are not working but the softkeys themselves are fine.
Please report anything you guys find
