DONATE TO ME
Phone [GSM][ASIA][ICS] Official ICS 4.0.4 OTA for 65.1.40.XT910.PSHAsiaRetail.en.03

Successfully updated my 65.1.40.XT910.PSHAsiaRetail.en.03 to ICS 4.0.4 (673.94.324.XT910.PSHAsiaRetail.en.03)

Here is the OTA file: (CRC + ZIP)

Part 1: http://www.mediafire.com/?7q7411tmnfcvxyy
Part 2: http://www.mediafire.com/?gdnr28k7jvxxneh

OTA update can be applied in stock recovery on 65.1.40.XT910.PSHAsiaRetail.en.03

[Must be on stock]

1. Extract this .zip
2. Ignore the .crc file (thanks blisslove) and put the .zip file on your external SD
3. Boot to stock recovery (Powerbutton + UP + DOWN)
4. select upgrade from file
5. Reboot phone

I successfully rooted with EternityProject's EashRootICS: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1710871

If any errors appear, wipe first and retry!

P.S. I was unrooted before upgrading, not sure if it makes a difference

The BEST WAY TO UPGRADE (clean upgrade) to this ROM is as mentioned by blisslove (Post #2):

1. Fastboot flash 2.3.6 ROM (100% stock + no root)
2. Boot to stock recovery
3. Wipe data/cache
4. Flash OTA update file
5. Reboot

Q&A

Q: Can I upgrade from AsiaRetail (non-PSH)? Will it brick?
A: "No it won't but it will output the carp from the comment below and abort update, you would return to your current firmware.
I was on AsiaRetail two and it gave my the same massage as below, found PSHAsiaRetail fastboot (it includes Hebrew two ) and now the OTA installing without a problem" (credits to DanielMod)

Updating to Asia ICS from other ICS leaked steps!!!

1.fastboot flash boot boot_pshpasia.img (from : http://db.tt/EHNdBu5o )

2.eprj-mfastboot flash system system_signed (from : http://sbf.droid-developers.org/umts...Signed.xml.zip

3.Reboot into stock recovery- wipe data and cache.

4.Update this Aisa ICS leaked.

5.Reboot.

We wouldn't need .crc file.

Happy flashing!!!

Baseband version : U_04.11.01P
I have got a better signal. (Vodafone AU)

Getting the following error:

assert failed: mount("ext3", "MTD", "system", "/system")
E:Error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(Status 7)

You mentioned wipe first. Wipe the entire device?

Is this the final update?
The same update that's now on testing?

Actually, the one I mentioned the fastboot file link on post 2 is AsiaRetail GB.
It didn't work for me when i tried to update from PSHAsiaRetail GB fastboot file.

So just try to update from your original AsiaRetail GB.

I'm using it right now. I wouldn't care about warranty things.

It depends on you. You could break your warranty but you can update from it. Or wait until official update.
