Do a speed test. Reset your router. It could be a problem on your end.

It's been pretty shoty at downloads too for a lot of us it seems. I would look into other options if I were you. But, that's just me.

I signed up and got accepted to goo-im but every time I try to upload, it fails. I have not had a single upload go through on their server.

Are there problems with the ROM upload? Thanks for releasing version 2. I have been bored all night, so I started looking through postings in the XDA SGS3 section. I was hoping there were some new ROM's or themes to flash. Just as I was about to say good night to XDA, I see V2 of GSM. You made my night less boring! Thanks for all of the work you put into this ROM... It makes our phones even better than it already is. Peace!

I'm uploading via IE now and it seems to be working. I think in having issues with FireFox.

Had issues last release too and it worked with ie.
