Default Galaxy s3 browser is a lot smoother

Hey guys I just went to a store to test out the GS3 and I noticed that the browser is 1000x smoother than the S2 it doesn't shake when you pinch to zoom and hold your 2 fingers pinched. I think that's software related because the GS2 Gb browser was like the S3. Do you think it would be possible to port it over or change the touch setting to make them match the S3's?

I tried to compare the 2 apks but the S3 is a lot larger 5mb vs 2.5mb on the S2. When I push the S3's browser in my /system/app it fc.

The problem is not the cpu it's the browser itself in GB the S2 was as smooth as the S3. It was with the Qualcomm S4 with the weaker gpu.

Still not the problem. The ICS default browser and Samsung ICS browser for SGS2 is known to have problems since early leaks.

They say is a little better, but still not as perfect as in gingerbread.
Anyways Im downloading right now, so that i can test it.
The main thing I hate about ICS for the S2 are those micro stutters in the browser! Whats up Samsung? You are not able anymore to optimize browser? In GB was sooo amazing!
Actual Phone: Samsung Galaxy S II with Neat ROM 4.7 based on Stock Jelly Bean XWLSS + Philz Kernel
Actual Tablet: Google Nexus 7 WI-FI 16GB with 4.2.2 JDQ39 Stock Rooted ROM
