DONATE TO ME
It won't work for Google Music. Only the Samsung stock music app
Samsung Galaxy S3 - I'm loving it.

Seems silly they'd put this option in our main settings and not application local if it wasn't intended for developers as an option.

Anyone know if this is part of S-Voice or which APK?
I have removed lots of system apps, long ago, and now realized this option is gone and I don't know which system app to restore.

Thanks.

Default Voice cmd for apps

go to Settings > Language and input, and set the 'Voice cmd for apps' toggle to on. You can also tap on that entry to see what commands are available and select which ones you want to activate.

Nice of you to help but you are missing the point - these option do not appear on my device in the Input/Languages screen.
Or atleast they didn't until I restored SVoice
