help me plz. Sensation z710e audio rec. N vibration prob.

please have a look once,(sorry my English is not good)
I have sensation z710e, rooted,clockwrk recovery..I m facing problem in Mic. N few questions to ask-
1-when I used to record audio it show error "problem in microphone", same error in video rec. , sound hound,voice search. How to solve please help me.
2-vibration not working not even on booting.
3-my phone is rooted,s-off,clockwok recovery,revolutionary, ....... N working fine with all carrier SIM card, does I need to use super cid, what is the use of super cid.
4- my rooted device need super cid to flash any custom ROM..? Or I can flash without using super cid in my device...?
5-Offical ICS update is not working .. while updating,device reboot n hangs on black screen with blue Droid. Why it happens..? Because my phone. Is rooted..

Please help me ... I need your reply badly

1-2. flash the same custom rom again (with full wipe and see)
3. supercid can be useful when going stock (by flashing ics RUU--official one)
Also useful(but not necessary) when flashing 3.32 firmware which is required for ICS custom roms
4. custom roms doesn't depend on supercid
5 . requirements for official ics to get installed.. Matching cid, stock recovery, non rooted rom (having soff is still fine)

I never flashed my device with any custom ROM... One day my device was drop from my pocket accidently after that Vibration and Audio Rec. Not working anymore,but during calling Mic. Working fine... Plz suggest something that works for me..

Is my device is ready to flash any custom ROM ...?

-Android 2.3.4
-HTC sense 3

I had a vibration problem too. I brought my Sensation back to the dealer and they fixed it. The wires of the vibration motor are bad on this phone.

1- i dont think a software can solve a problem of hardware (hardware because the problem appeared after dropping the phone)
2- yes you are perfectly ready ..but need to do a firmware flash too ..with a change of recovery (4EXT --as almost all sensation ICS roms supports/requires 4EXT)
the perfect and awesome guide is this [post #1 and post #2] (the guide explains flashing ARHD rom ..but you can use the same procedure for any custom ROM)
3- for official update to happen ..you just need to have 1.matching CID 2.stock recovery and 3.non rooted stock rom
(for 1 ..if you didnt do supercid you are fine ..if you did supercid then change back to your original cid ..if INIDIA cid is HTC__038 i think.
and for 2 and 3 flashing stock GB RUU would take care of it --this method wipes your phone completely so you might need to backup your data )
NOW S-ON requirement is not there ..that means you can happily update with SOFF as long as you met the above three things
