Guide:
Before you root your device, your device must running Gingerbread. Flash it back to Gingerbread if your device are running Ice Cream Sandwich
Open Run.dat and it will lead you through the process
Gingerbread Tips:
If you trying to root Gingerbread you may encounter more problem than rooting a Ice Cream Sandwich
Try to whole down Power Key and Up Volume button to force shut-down your device. And start from where you failed again.
Debug options may somehow disabled when you Flash your machine back to Gingerbread after Step 3, re-enable it and try again.
For Ice Cream Sandwich just follow the guide and you will be fine
