Unhappy ROM Causing Heart Palpitations

OMFG im giving porting CM7 a crack for myself for personal use and its giving me hell. Im using this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1598713 and CM7 for WFS... The product so far (DONT WASTE 5 MINUTES OF YOUR LIFE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEBUG! It doesnt work):
HTML Code:
<a href=http://developerintouch.tk/ROMS/BASE.zip>DIRECT LINK<a>
. The BASE rom is BB's X Series rom and the PORTED is CM7 for WFS. Im just gonna warn you again, this rom doesnt install so unless your a dev (would really appreciate BB or ben taking a look) dont download. And I am a supern00b so youll probably just look at it and go: wrong wrong wrong you're an idiot. Anyway, its uploading to my webserver now so it should be up in about 45 minutes, im going to bed now cos its rather late in Aussie land and since you yanks and poms are up now id really appreciate you guys evaluting during the night... So goodnight everybody and thanks for looking...

Oh and just to add, please please please feel free to modify this ROM in any way and if it boots even better! And I'm not trying to steal BB and Bens thunder here I just wanted to give porting a shot and thought CM was a nice place to start. I probably sound like an idiot here because I'm 3/4 asleep and you can't even call that abomination a ROM but I did follow the instructions word for word perfectly and went over like 100 times lol

mate, you will never get a ROM to boot doing that!
to port a cm or any ROM u need the kitchen!
but well done for trying though!!!!

dsixda kitchen
Ubuntu 12.04
and patience, a lot of it.
for cyanogen stuff, hrs upon hrs of learning and 13gb of extra space due the huge cm7 source download.

best place to start on porting is other roms and not cm7.
reason for this is cm7 is a bugger to fix.
custom roms like things and sense 3.5 are easy to manage and bug fixing can be easier
R.I.P Lee Rigby (Woolwich Soldier)
