is 026 kernel for both cm7 and 9?which one should i flash to neutrino 2.8 ?

Actually, there are the two different versions:

CM7 026b1
CM9 026b1

For neutrino, use CM7 26b1. For Jokersax and turl, use cm9 26b1.
