My attempt was to make a stock rooted ROM for Verizon based off of the 4.1.1 source on AOSP. Some things are still added to this rom from 4.0.4 IMM76K Verizon ROM, but I did include the new binaries for toro. I haven't fully tested everything, but camera, google now, gps, and wifi all work as expected. I'll try to get some add-on's / mods before too long and have them posted as flashable .zips.

As usual, flash at your own risk and post any successes or problems.

Good. I'll probably end up running this one going forward. Two things... does the camera switch to video without FC for you? And finally with Google Now does a voice search work as expected or does it just sit there listening?

Everything seems to be going good so far. Wifi, Data, MMS, Now, Gps, Play Store all work fine. Camera is a little buggy when trying to switch to FFC.
Only other issue, and probably not a fault of the OP is Root Explorer not working. It loads, but when clicking on a folder, it does nothing. Updated the SU Binary and cleared cache in Root Explorer, still same results.
Factory reset and ran the Gnexus lite superwipe zip as well, wiped cache and dalvik twice. Only flashed the Rom, no mods or Kernel added (yet).

This rom is really speedy. I'm surprised at how much more responsive and smooth it seems over the preview ports. Maybe it's just a placebo, but it does run good .

Thanks again for this!!!

Where is the new jelly bean bootloader? I thought we'd only get that with a factory image. It does take awhile to boot sometimes for me (sits on google screen), but it always eventually does boot. I'll look into the camera now. It was working previously, so I'll just switch some things and see if it helps.
