Then you have to update it through CWM. Follow Efrant's instructions at http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1419170

Google's OTA's usually take 3-4 weeks to complete.
Googles ota is instant if you know how to follow simple instructions already mentioned, either flash yakju or takju an do the clear framework trick or flash it.No one wants to here that you haven't received ota, if your not on yakju for example its a lot longer than 4 weeks so you are surely wrong.

Default Will OTA keep my settings/apps/home screen icons & widgets?

I have yakju Galaxy Nexus on 4.0.4. Waiting for the Jellybean OTA to show up.

Do I need to backup anything before I go ahead and upgrade, once the OTA pops up?

Is the OTA upgrade to Jellybean going to keep the following?

- contacts
- application settings
- home screen widgets, icons, folders?
- phone settings?

No need to worry the ota won't change anything.

HOW TO FLASH
... Again, these are stock updates -- you need a stock ROM to flash these: it cannot be deodexed, it cannot have stock apps missing, it cannot have a modified build.prop file due to some app writing to it, etc. (although root is fine). If you've replaced stock files with custom ones, either replace the stock ones, or go into the update zip file, and remove the assert for the file (although I don't recommend the later, as the update may not patch your custom file properly). If you are missing stock yakju or mysid files, download the factory images from here, extract the system.img from within, convert it to an .ext4.img by using this and then (for Windows users) use this to mount the .ext4.img and extract the file. These files may work in non-yakju builds as well.
I do NOT answer technical questions via PM. Post in a thread.

Device: Nexus 4
ROM: Stock JDQ39
Kernel: Stock 3.4.0
Recovery: CWM 6.0.2.0 NON-touch
Radio: 2.0.1700.33

How-To’s: 1) Basics, 2) Flash stock, 3) List of OTA updates, 4) Root, 5) Recover deleted files

Default Flash with Jellybean

Thank you. A quick related question:

On my 4.0.4 Galaxy Nexus, I already have Flash installed. Will this app continute to work after upgrading to Jellybean via OTA?

Are you sure? I am not talking about wiping/flashing phone etc. Jut waiting for the OTA to appear on its own, and then upgrade.

Not, the OTA update does NOT delete anything. Your data was deleted because you flashed the stock factory images.
