i really want to buy this when it comes out, they said it will be fully hackable, so alot of fun stuf could come out of that

Judging by the games requested by its backers there will be a lot of annoyed backers as many have requested games like modern warfare 3 and other ps3 or xbox 360 console titles.

They seem to think it will be that kind of console, it won't. Good system but those kind of backers will be dissapointed.

They mention that rooting wouldn't void your warranty, but what would rooting the ouya actually allow to do?

too bad, I have bad experience with customs, I have to pay a lot import tax....

For me it's a rival for Nexus Q, and the features are so huge. Imagine using a vnc in LAN playing your favourite MMO in the TV or watching your films of your pc with a lan shared folder or as a multimedia player or only to play angry birds...
