Work with Unlocked and locked bootloaders (thanks to Sharaz22 for test on locked bootloader)

WORKING :

SMS : ok
VOICE : ok
WIFI : ok
CAMERA : ok
DATA : ok for some users
MARKET : see bottom of this thread

NOT WORKING :

almost nothing

NOT TESTED YET

HOTSPOT

Installation :



1. Download ROM, extract and copy the rom on internal storage

2. Download kernel from here

Choose Build you want (Fastboot)

power off device and flash kernel via fastboot

Go into recovery, do a factory reset and wipe everything, flash rom. Reboot


Download and install market manually :

Data not working ?

It seems that MIUI root permissions is OFF by default, (i was wondering why I shouldn't set an APN)

- Open Permission Manager
- Manage root permission set ON

You should be able to configuring and save APN's

- Press Menu > Mobile Networks > Acess Point Name (APN) > Press menu > New APN
- In name, what you want for my case I called it "virgin" in APN > virgin-mobile.fr (or search adress for your provider)
tap on the created APN to activate it

I got data working after that !


Tweaks : Extreme Smooth :

Settings > Developer options > Force GPU rendering

Tanks, but i have a question. Is This the rom that you found on another site? And if it is, why to add a Donate link for a work that isn't yours? On XDA is it allowed for "leeched" rom?

It's just to ask, i'm ready to apologise and delete the post if i'm wrong

I've uploaded it, I've tested it, it was a risk for my device from unknown sources.

I need to remove an apk / edit 2 lines in the build.prop file to make a donation link ?

A guy who did nothing can receive donation too

Will this work on locked bootloader with root and CWM recovery installed?

It is working on locked bootloader the data works wifi and 3d camera too thank you for a great rom. Why are some apps and in notifaction bar names written in chinese?
