Default Nexus 7 OTA JRO03C from JRN84D

Forgot I had already opened an OTA thread. Please remove this.

That's OK, you can still help me by rebooting into the bootloader and telling me the bootloader version, as per the instructions above.

Mines already downloaded and I couldn't find it in adb logcat (alogcat doesn't seem to work with jelly bean). Here's the file name though, which I believe you can use to find the url.
