2. Install aLogCat from the market (it's free)
3. Open aLogCat and search for "android.cli". In there, you'll find a URL to a ZIP file. Please post that here.
Furthermore, AFTER you have applied the OTA update, if someone could reboot into the bootloader (power it on, and as soon as you see the Google logo, press volume down quickly) and provide the bootloader version (should appear on screen), I'd appreciate it.
