SuperSU and Busybox (Flash through CWM after flashing the ROM)

If the rom doesn't come with SuperUser and Busybox by default, may be you can flash the zip from HERE. Flashing the zip from the link installs the latest version of Superuser as well as busybox.

Yes.
Download MIUI and the superuser app in the first 2 posts
Put them in internal.
Enter recovery
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash in recovery
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
reboot
enjoy

Full Wipe = Yes if coming from stock GB or ICS or CM10 preview.
Full Wipe = No if coming from CM9
