Differences between DATADATA & NODATADATA:
The apps that we install goes to the partition to /datadata thats theres only available 160MB, so when you install so much apps then you break the patition, the best of datadata is the fatest read and write.
The noDatadata its slowly but you dont worry about the partition and apps...
So if you have problem with your /system then go to nodatadata if not then go for Datadata...
its up to you guys! both running like a hell!!
ive never had problem with datadata but i prefer Semaphore Kernel than Devil...just my Opinion...
From the new B9 we will have updates via OTA updater, thats the way to install them:
- Download the Update ( preferently via WIfi)
- Select Wipe cache & reboot
- The device will entry in CWM mode and will give us an error, but its ok dont worry...
- Install zip from SDCard > OTA-Updater > Select the file to install.
- we will have an error again... dont mind, Select "intrusted" and its done.
- Reboot and well done!!
Having problems with Play store?? try this then
this is a Play store patched by Krarvind.
Rename it as Phonesky.apk
Just paste it to /system/app and give permissions, delete data and reboot

Turn off data connection / wifi
erase you Google acc
after this go to Settings>Apps>All>Google play> Force close + erase data
Reboot to CWM do a wipe and wipe dalvik
How to mount SD ext
SO much thanks for our mate Valix that he found a way to mount the xd EXT to our PC. You have to mount the USB mode MTP:
go to CWM > devil > usb > mode settings > MTP Mode
and you are available to mount your sd Ext in your PC
how can i add the Notification Toggles to the ROM?
Via power controls app, edit togles and install on status bar.

- how to Edit:Choose the one you want to move and slide.
- how to remove: Choose the one you want to remove and select trash
- How to add: press Add Toggle

I flashed the last beta, but the icons seems to be small! Why?
Its for the DPI. In this ROM Elite has set it into 210, and the original its into 240 ( Read explanation below )
I already flashed the ROM and there are a lot of applications uncompatible for our Device... Why?
Its because of the DPI, Elite uses to put it into 210, most of the apps work at 240 DPI. Read the Question below for much information

I cant install Flash Player. Why?
Adobe ended giving support to Flash player in Android until ICS. Jelly bean further Android versions, it won´t be supported, but doesnt mean that we cant install it as an app.
How to turn it Off?
Depends which kernel you are using...
As i said above its the same thing to turn it off using NSTools / BLN control / Settings>Display>Pulse notification light.

Holding Power + VOL - at the same time. Hold it like 1 second. You must see something like a flash.

No, if you want to use kies then you should to stay in a Samsung stock ROM.
Why 3g consumes so much??
As we know 3g or H consumes too much battery but not only in this kind of ROM i mean in every Device that are using 3g or H.
1.- 3G and HSDPA/HSUPA´s Range is less than 2g (edge and gprs), then your device is always trying to get the best signal that need a lot of power.
2.- Related to point 1: When your device doesnt find any 3g or H range, then tries to finding 2G Range. This changes consume a lot of battery (more than you think)
3.-Here it is the more specific explanation. The device has two parts that are interacting with the network : Radio (Modem) and RIL (Radio Interface Layer)
Modem is the responsable of the connections of the device and RIL is a layer that is contributing the communication about the devices and Network telephone.
We have to know that this kind of Driver (RIL) its hard to port, and it can be not as optimized as the original Samsung RIL driver (propietary)
Why KF1 modem?

The best way to make sure that you cant lose your contacts, its to sync them in your GMAIL account, so no more worries about the contacts.
How to install the ROM?
From JVU.
1-Back up your EFS folder or anything else that you think its important for you...
2-Install JVU from ODIN with repartition ticked.
3-Flash cf-Root
4-Make sure that you are root ( you also can use Semaphore )
5-Download the Elites ROM and copy it the internal sdcard.
6-Go to CWM
7-Wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache y Advanced->Wipe dalvik cache
8- Install Zip from sd card -> Choose Zip from SD card and choose the Elite´s ROM.
9-If you having bootloops then unplug the battery and go to CWM again, do the 3 wipes and flash again the ROM.
10-We recommend to restore the apps without data.
From another ICS ROM:
1-Back up your EFS folder
2-Copy this rom to the internal sdcard.
3-Go to CWM
3-Make the 3 wipes > data, cache , dalvik
4-Install zip from sdcard
5-Flash Elites rom
6-Your DONE

Are there any kernels that works in JB?
at the moment as we know the only kernel that works in JB its Devil from Derteuffel. Elite is already working with a new Kernel.
This rom can Kill apps with the Back button?
This is not Cyanogen. If you want to kill the apps then keep the home button pressed and the task list will appear, you can close it swiping to the left or right.
When i change the DPI the rom can´t recognize the applications and i cant download it even from Website.
Relax your not the only one that are suffering this we are working on it for a MultiDPI.
You also can download all your apps with the 240DPI and then change the DPI in /system/build.prop

How many dots have an INCH? thinking the large of 1inch-square (2.54cm) has X Dots. It usually says in Dots cause the measure is in DOTS and not in Pixels.

Theres a moment that the device its full of FCS and i cant do anything with my device.
This happens when the partition /datadata its full of data, in this folder all the apps keep Cache, i know that Google reader its the one that occupy too much mbs...
With Root explorer or another one you can check it.
How to Avoid this sort of problem??
With a simple wipe dalvik cache and wipe cache should works or uninstalling apps that you dont use and erase the rest of the data. (google reader or Browser)
How to prevent this issue?
1.- A clean install from JVU. Above you know how to do.
2.- Restoring apps without data.
3.- Sometimes erase the applications cache from Settings>Applications.
Warning: If you erase game´s cache, you will erase all your progress in the game.
