you have to do this: save everything then enter recovery mode and reset to factory setting or search for this option in /setting on phone
if yo do this and phone is not ok then you can thing about a hardware failure

I went back to factory settings I tried again, same result every rom

telefon daha önce root ettim root ettikten sonra reset yapmaya başladı diğer romları denemeye başladım. en sonunda orjinal sp_flash_tool yazılımı ile orjinal yazılıma döndüm telefon açılırken baktım ki ekran ters gsensör ters istikamette çalışıyor. ekrana dokunulduğunda tam karşısına dokunmuş gibi yanıt veriyor. ekran rengi iyi değil. diğer bütün fonksiyonlar mükemmel çalışıyor.

I understand..hmm last chance is to enter recovery and fix permissions I'm not sure if it works but give a try if not search for and update for your phone do you have an update software ? to connect to manufacturer site and check for update it can fix this problem if not you have to send a letter to your manufacturer and ask for help !

yes I understand the question but I don't know any tool to flash it by example to flash it from PC.. this seems to be a Chinese brand .. but don't play with these tools it can affect your phone better is to send mail to support I helped somebody with a Chinese phone and asked him to send mail and he got a repply with links to original ROM and tools to flash it believe me it worth to send message to manufacturer !!
check your papers for manufacturer site/mail address and send mail !
do not play with these tools to flash phone it can hurt !
