Need Help with GSM network

hey !
recently i activated a 3G plan , and to use it i would obviously go to WCDMA/GSM , and the 3g worked fine , but then when i try to switch over to GSM i would have problems and my phone would go into emergency calls only , ! . it tried my SIM in another phone it worked fine , and then when i would put the sim back to my phone it would work for a while and then the same error would occur

have you had flashed other country's firmware, maybe it is happening because of modem

NOPE using airtel in india .. and reflashed the stock DDKT3 ROM.. also tried custom ROM's :/

Your motherboard has been corrupted i bet on it. I also got the same problem when i was using LTE, in gsm mode it works fine but not in 3G . Get your device repaired at service center if you have warranty.

How can you use LTE when our phone doesn't support it?

LOL i meant 3G .. !!

It all started when i put a LTE sim in it,but then there was no network. Randomly i used 3G network and still i was facing problem,so it might be that the problem arose from LTE sim ..

well . i tried another sim of the same service provider, and the 3g was working fine ( in my phone its not working ) also will check GSM Services in some time and let u knw .. also .. is the Hardwarae for GSM / WCDMA the same or different ?

Yeah it's the hardware problem bro

let me check with another sim .. hope its not a hardware problem!!

update:- . A sim from another carrier is working fine .. even the GSM services .. guess something is wrong with my sim or network!! anyways switching over to Vodafone !!
