This is a small maintenance update before ICS.
Here is the list of improvements:

+ Echo issue when on Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) call

In order to update new baseband from T769UVLB7 to T769UVLF4, flash zip file below via ClockworkMod Recovery. Sorry for your incovenience.

If upgrading from your previous Rom is it possible to install the update without losing all off my settings/apps?

Like install the new zip and just wipe the cache our will that just screw everything up?

Just wipe cache partition and wipe Dalvik cache.
