(for both locked & unlocked boot loader phones, follow it precisely ) Download Xperia_Ice_Cream_Pureness_build_10.00.zip & the patch for your phone model from mediafire folder
1.Factory reset in cwm
2.wipe cache partition
3.wipe dalvik cache
4.Format /system (in mounts and storage)
8.Install patch for your phone model
9.Reboot now and you are done !
After flashing let the phone settle down for 1 hour at least before starts to play with it
+.When low on ram/phone starts to lag use Adrenaline boost.Open terminal emulator.Type Su and press enter.Give super user permission. Now type boost and press enter. It will boost your ram up.Also reboot your phone at least a day to get rid of the lag, this is mainly due to the way android system makes cache
Full wipe is absolutely recommended
+.NOVA 3 - Smooth, minimal lag
+.Temple Run - Smooth, lag-free
+.TR Brave - Smooth, minimal lag (app issue)
+.Tap Tap Revenge 4 - Ocassional miss input otherwise smooth, lag-free
+.Oscura - Detects fake input causes game unplayable (every ICS ROM tested), lag-free
+.Magic Piano - Smooth, Lag-free
+.Fruit Ninja - Smooth, Lag-free
+.Amazing Spider man
+.Batman The Dark Knight Rises (works really well, nice game)
test and post in the thread pls,I will update the list
This list doesn't mean that others won't work, just not tested yet !
Use any Stock ICS Based Kernel
Big respect to Zdunex25 lend me a hand when I started modding android & teached me a lot
And the kernel chosen must be for YOUR device in particular.. Kernel cross flashing is absolutely NOT recommended.

I did wipe everything. Any help?
edit: You know what they say about "third time is a charm".
I got it working now but the thing is i'm deeply disturbed by on-screen pointer. That destroys the whole purpose of multi-touch screen?
any idea how i can get rid of it?
Apart from that, it looks pretty neat and clean. Fast too, i think. Can't get around much with that cursor thingy.
