Help me set up AT&T SG3 to T-Mobile

I just bought an AT&T Galaxy s 3 and I need to get it set up on my T-mobile network. First it wont recognize my sim because the sim is carrier locked. Next Im assuming I need the T-mobile compatible radios.
Can anybody point me in the right direction to get this baby running on my network?

I really gotta ask. Why would you buy an ATT model for use with T-Mobile?

Found it for a good price, didnt bother to check the carrier (stupid mistake)
