Edit: after some various test the problem is the wi fi, when the screen turn off the wi fi goes off so do not arrive the notifications.... how can I fix it?

Edit: and for whatsapp maybe you can fix it on setting - dev setting - (background limit procces to 3 or 4) thx..

Yeah it's the best fast rom i've tested for now, but tell me hoe change background setting cube i can't format every new relase, and i have limit process standard, because every time i reboot the phone it reset it on standard... wi fi lost connection when screen goes off withouth the charge cable so i need to use 3g for working whatsapp any solution yet? The rom it's very very fast

okay its on framework-res.apk no need to use apktool, winrar can also.. res/drawable nodpi (background_holo_dark)

so why have to resize lockscreen for me its standard..
and for file manager nope.. you can install it from Gplay or make flashable zip and install from CWM..
