Hello!
First off all: Sorry for my bad english!
Maybe someone can upload img files from One Touch Upgrade Downloads directory..
I brick my phone and formatted with SP tools... after i downloaded files from second page, but when i try load dsp_bl or preloader SP tools can't load it... maybe the original files from one touch upgrade helps me...
When i try to update with one touch upgrade it says i have the latest software and then exit, no way to reinstall the software... its terrible.
Pls someone help me!

Many of us hope and wait just like you.My device is still functional but i cant accept incoming calls for some reason...also no lockscreen the last few days.No stock rom anywhere....Things much easier with my wife's ot 990...Connect it and flashes no matter what.

May the system.img is correct, so you can flash it with SP tools... but the preloader and dsp_bl are incorrect with SP Tools...
I try to give back my phone to a service with guarantee maybe they fix it, and if i get back i'll make backup for all imgs and upload somewhere... maybe it can help whos need new system.img.
But I red somewhere that the One Touch Upgrade download all these files to own Downloads folder, so if someone upload these files maybe help us, but i cant download an update to my phone 'couse the updater says I've tha latest firmware... maybe someone who have older phone and can update it.

my phone is not rooted (was, but i managed to briked it so i updated to stock rom), i will root it as soon as posible, but right now i'm reeaaallly tight up with my job, but as soon as i have some spare time i'll try your link and if that's not working for me, that a nandroidbackup.

i need the files from the /custpack folder, otherwise a lot of important files are missing. they are not included in the posted packages.

Just remenber that boot.img is the vulnerable one NOT the factory one. Also system is modified with less applications (basically all that garbage that we don´t need) and the Alcatel keyboard is removed (also its languajes). System also includes root and busybox.
