From top to bottom:

- Beautiful Widgets 4x1 Weather
- Minimalistic Text Widget for Time, Day, Phone Stats
- Nova Launcher with the Metro Inspired Icon Pack

I'm running SynergyROM v1.1 and have some custom SystemUI tweaks as well.

- Grid on Nova is 7 Rows by 6 Columns
- Icon pack is Metro Inspired
- SystemUI.apk attached!
