Wiping a g2x to sell

Hello all this is noob question thanks in advance for any input I am selling my g2x currently running hellfire Phoenix 2.2 how can I wipe all personal data without losing root ....thanks again for the input

In clockwork mod do a factory reset, then reinstall the ROM. It'll be fresh.
