It's strange, but I'm not lying when I say that I haven't noticed it. The only time I've seen apps restart is after going back to them after a while, like an hour or so. But I've never had a download fail, never had a problem with any of my tasks being terminated, or anything like that.

Oh I believe you..your not the only one ..funny u mentioned the Downloads failing.. I always dl roms and flash straight on my phone and always have since the hero days..when I got this phone figured i would do the same..I would click a dl link and put the phone down and it would fail time after time ..Sgt slaughter suggested hidden settings app by myn which has a setting that disables the disabling (lol) of wireless connections while screen is off..so thats at least is solved..but yea my browser literally reloads after a couple seconds ..and I'm not talking about 6 tabs..maybe 2 or 3 at a time ...its funny how identical phones can act differently..but u are def a lucky one and hopefully u never have to warranty it lol

I actually had to get a replacement phone. :\ I haven't really tested this new one since I decided I wanted to use CM9 almost as soon as I got it.

I'm just gonna say that out of the three EVO phones that's been released, this latest LTE POS is the least enjoyable one I've owned.

Cue scene from Community: "oh no she's born in the 80s, she still uses her phone as a phone!"
