Question Video Telephony
Has anyone been able to use the "Video Call" app that Samsung provides, on the i667? It's supposed to enable standard 3G-324M video telephony calls over networks that supports it, as long as the phone has a front facing camera. At least, that's what it claims. Anyhow, I'm trying it on my network to no avail. Same SIM in a different device, no issues. It's an older UMTS phone, not a smartphone. Somehow, I can't seem to find any device that this app works on, nor any network. Any clue anyone? And please don't suggest using a data solution, that's not what I'm looking for, I am looking for a ITU standard, 3G-324M video telephony solution on Windows Phone 7.
