Custom Color 1% Increment Batteries

I do have one zip that works for Bean's rom but the status bar clock is blue instead of white, and would like to make it white, to make it universal with my battery mods. I tried to do it myself using apk manager....but all I got was errors trying to decompile. (I'm good with graphics...but suck at apktools). Thanks for any help.

and if anyone can revert the clock in this zip to white from blue...you rock. That will at least get me started on batteries for Bean's rom.
