question aobut the video in our FIT

hi
i've been wondering which is the best format to play videos on our FIT
and also about the video bit rate and sound bit rate too which is the best options for these things in converting videos
for our Galaxy FIT

forget to mention about the sync
sometimes when i convert a video for my FIT
it becomes of sync after a 20-30seconds
help about this too

P.S:i watch anime so i need to know these things in order to watch the videos and anime i like

i use following specs and haven't found any glitches in converting videos:
Format: MP4
Compression:AVC
resolution: 640 X 480 or 640 X 350 (choose it according to the aspect ratios)
Video bitrate: 1008Kbits/sec
Audio Bitrate: 93 or 90 Kbits/sec
framerate: 30fps
Sample rate: 48000
Channels: 2(stereo)
Use Hamster video converter or total video converter..its free and easy to use
