That is the best speed I've had so far. I'm in Los Angeles (562 area).

That's not bad considering you have no bars. Try turning the phone upside down. Sometimes you can get better signal that way since the antennas are on the bottom. Of course its not going to be real world performance as you would not normally hold your phone that way.

The highest I have ever gotten was 10. I am in the Raleigh/Durham NC area.
That is still better than what I was getting with sprint. Lol
