Default [ROM LINK][GB]Eclipse 1.3.8 for Droid 4
Since myfishbear seems to have fallen off the face of the earth, and his link to the latest eclipse rom is dead, I decided to mirror it on my dropbox. Hopefully this will help some people out

how to install (as quoted from myfishbear):
"1.boot to safestrap with (latest version)
2.factory reset (or not depending if you are doing a fresh install)
3.Install rom
4.boot it
5.bypass the setup screen and enjoy!"
