Problem when using roaming GSM simcard and how to solve it

I have unlocked the Photon 4G and sometimes I'm using my roaming GSM simcard (it's from middle-east and works at AT&T network).
First I faced a problem with GOOGLE PLAY!!
it can't access the google play app, even I've tried to flash the ROM again but it didn't fixed.
This mean that you can't download any app from the market.
I've tried to clear the cach and the data of google play like this (settings > manage applications > click playstore under 'all' > clear data > reboot); It also didn't worked

The FIX:
1. Power off, remove the simcard, power on, download what you want from google play, power off again, put back your simcard, power on again, and go.
2. (BETTER)
Try going into settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Network Mode > choose CDMA only.
then Reboot, then download what you want from the market.
Now to retearn back: Go again into settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Network Mode > choose GSM only.
Done, hear no need need to reboot, AND you are still able to use google play untie the next Reboot.
