Maybe I've read too much today, but how the the heck do you apply all this stuff...I can't seem to find options to apply icons and such. Any help would be nice. Thx

Mate,first of all what launcher are you using?
In apex/nova you can change the icons by long pressing them...
In others you will need "desktop visualizer" app...

For the glass dock. Hide it through Apex gesture, Set glass dock with uccw and stretch it to fit. Swipe up dock with icons again.
Glass google search is also uccw. (search gPlay if you are noobish). Three uzips attached in zips..(can upload uzips here)
