While waiting for root, I have had time to list a few items that I miss from my rooted OG Droid, and some new annoyances. I'm not listing the stuff like using TiB, SetCPU, Nandroid backups, nuking crapware, etc. Thankfully, some of my items have already been addressed in UKB, but here goes:

1. Eliminate WiFi Nag (done in UKB 0.3!)
2. 3-Button remap - rightmost = menu, long press home = recent (also done!)
3. Notification widgets, including a (one press) WiFi toggle
4. Easily Mute/Unmute ringer from Lock screen
5. Battery percentage in notification area (like the circle mod from the kitchen)
6. Change order of OK/Cancel buttons (why are these backward from all other HTC phones?)

I'm sure there are others, but those are the top items. I'm curious what other people's lists include.

6. That's ICS in general I think.
