Just got a thrive and was wondering?

I just got a thrive at105-t108 tablet. This is my first tablet but I have a android phone (g2x). The tablet is rooted and is running Honeybaked 1.3 is the info the person who I got it from said. What I am wondering is When I cannot get the keypad up or when I go to about tablet in the settings it wants to force close and does not show me the info it should. Now I have never owned a tablet befor so I am not sure if it is me or the tablet . I need to locate a user manuel on line. Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium

Clear cache in the keyboard app. It may or may not help but I would start there

if wiping the cache for the keyboard doesn't work i would recommend doing a fresh install of honeybaked. your friend might not have wiped everything before flashing the rom.

Someone on the thrive forum said the same thing. So when my SD card comes in this weekend I will do that. Thanks for the advice.
