Just a few things to note before you start

This is an android Jellybean ROM compiled for the Arc/Arc S and is AOSP/CM10
The ROM. It is only an alpha and many things won't work, I will continue to develop it but for now its just a taste of Jellybean on our phone A special thanks to szl.kiev for kernel and general help

Known Issues:

-You tell me ( A lot of things )
- Graphic glitch in recovery, it still works just a graphic glitch just ignore it.

How to Install:

1. Make a CWM Backup incase anything goes wrong (Optional)
2. Copy the ROM to SD card of your phone
3. Copy Gapps to SD card ( optional )
3. Flash kernel via fastboot by typing: fastboot flash boot boot.img (kernel is inside the zip you downloaded, called boot.img)
4. Boot into CWM recovery by pressing the volume down button during boot up when the LED flashes blue
5.Wipe everything ( data, cache + dalvik cache)
6. Go into install zip from SD card and find the ROM
7. Then flash it, Reboot and Enjoy

Hmm, seeing that FXP just released CM10, shall i just release it? Or..., well I spent lots of time working on it. What do you guys think

If you'd like to keep developing it that would be great, I expect more users will test and give feedback on fxp though.

Hopefully I'm wrong and you get the feedback you need to make this worthwhile though

Release it man.Atleast later you will be able to add more things like Bravia engine,xloud features.I miss Bravia Engine on Cyanogenmod

Okay ill release it, 75% uploaded, maybe 15mins and it will be done, trying to fix a few things. Guys, it is SO smooth, , just try and see, it is amazing
