I'm using SPB mobile shell 3d, the widget and panels are good customizable, only the Agenda isn't. So i wait for Chameleon, if one could be better then SPB, then Chameleon could be the one.

Wizz is fine for agenda (calendar) widget if that's what you meant.

Wizz also don't have week numbers, and the appointments ahead goes very slowww. SPB gives a 3 months calenderview(without week numbers) and a list of appointments ahead(but not enough).

Just got spb last night. I'll give it a few days to see how I like it. Generally I like really minimal launchers, I think stock ICS is great. It may be to much for me.

Check out Chameleon Launcher, it's in beta stage right now, but if you pay an early fee (helps fund the project) you can try it out.(they are slowly releasing the pre-order keys this week) look it up on engaget, there was a good article about it.

Maybe the Chameleon launcher will be a great app but the devs behind it sucks imo. Paying for being a beta tester is just wrong and it should be the other way around, they should release the beta version for free and if you prove to be a good and active beta tester you should get a free copy of the application.

Huge fan of using Nova. The settings that it adds to a basic stock launcher is vital. Plus the ability to back it up using Titanium when switching ROMs comes in handy (can be done with any 3rd party launcher), but you forget the advantages over the stock launcher over time. Moving to this and the Galaxy S3 yesterday at the same time reminded me how many things we do to get the devices to our liking. No wonder people like Apple, they don't have to think because there aren't options. I would die of boredom with Apple products.
Devices:
Phones = Nexus One --> T-Mobile G2 --> HTC Sensation --> Samsung GS3
Tablets = Motorola Xoom --> Asus Transformer Prime --> ASUS Transformer Infinity --> Nexus 7

Currently Running:
CM10.1 RC2 (Samsung GS3)
SmoothROM (Nexus 7)
