You have to be reasonable it will take longer then a month to make. You have to understand we will be offering hopefully 100-200$ not Thousands so the Developer will still be doing this part time.

Count me in with $ 20 for a fully functional ICS AOSP ROM with GPS working for South America, if we are talking about CM10 (JB), then count me in with $ 30.

The important thing to remember here guys, is that if you do pledge your money - while you are not technically on the hook so to speak, you will obviously be expected to pay up when and if the day comes. I don't mean to be a nag, but its a crucial part of the plan

Android is kind of open source. We all usually find support and encoding and developing for free, so I respect this idea and this spirit. That's why I am on android and not on iOs.. so I'd let non-contributers get the ROM.

I'm in with my 10$ bucks.. a CW10 full JB ROM would be fine.
Please don't forget to insert a wide range of languages, as some developers who built custom glide Rom didn't feel the need to do so. No critics intended, it's just to say. But that's the main reason for I stay with (rooted) stock ROM.

So please don't forget: spanish (another user asked for it, but i don't remember who), italian (ciao by me!) and if possible arab.

Optional
* BLN (Button Light Notification)
I second this. No way to downgrade, of course.
A Samsung Captivate Glide owns me.

My master is rooted
AT&T Stock Rom w/ Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.
