Step 1 from ICS 927 or not!?
My speed download from this site is a 1-2 kb

based on 927 over this then!im sorry than i cant be much help for now...i think if i judge by the size is an expansion..only theme so you need b927 and then flash this "theme zip" over this!!

This is a theme so it need b927 rom that is multilanguage...this info isnt 100% correct cos i havent use this rom/theme my self!!!take backup to be sure!!
