Default Toggle buttons - top or bottom of dropdown?

Kind of getting a general consensus for a new modification I'm working on and will release. Is everyone happy with the toggles being at the top of the dropdown, or how many would like to have them be at the bottom as long as they are styled to seem like they fit there?

Thanks

I'll stick with the top as its more logical top down approach
