This is clearly a themes thread, which belongs in the themes section of the board. Tomween1, the OP, is one of the guys that is real adamant about sending people to the right section when they have a question. Therefore it is ironic that he doesn't post his own thread in the right section.

Settings under the quick links section. It is called themes and directly under rom control
