Default help

please help me when i try to root my atrix HD I am getting a soft-ware issue with the phone and it won't boot for me, but it turns on the red M screen
"CustomerID error, Contact Dealer.
Boot to Suspend/TCMD mode:dead:ffff:00000000:00000000:c"

please if u can help me

Tell us more about what you did AFTER you flashed the kernel and which kernel you tried to flash.

i only tried to root my atrix hd

Hard to say, but if adb is working (which you can almost always do with RadioComm) and get a root exploit, then I imagine it could be fixed. As far as I know there isn't a working exploit for our device, so it would have to wait for that. Or send it into insurance for replacement, probably the easier way (and what I'd suggest).

Pretty sure flashing either of the leaked kernels will break wifi. Has anyone tried it yet?

Flashed the first one, saw no changes so I flashed back to original kernel. Wifi still works on original.
