Default Droid Bionic Flash

So I recently picked up a Droid Bionic and get it working on Cricket. Everything was great until flashed to ICS. Now when I put it back and try to setup in qspt it gives me an NV SP Change error. In Cdma I try to write a nv file it says successful but at the bottom says unsuccessful so I dont know what the deal is with that. I am looking for some advice as this is current only phone and needed for work. Please help me asap and thanks for everything.

So got the phone for 611 to work and calls working now. However the only thing left is to get the 3G working on it as my next step. A lot of work to get it back up and working on ICS.
