PARANOID ANDROID LEO BETA V2.15
This rom is based on the great work of team Paranoidandroid
and the Evervolv Nightlies from Evervolv team so all credits and thanks to them in the first place !

Features :
Phone, Tablet and Phablet mode
P.A.L., First time in Android history that Per-App-Layout has been realized
This rom features a setting called Per-App-Density. You can define an apps native DPI with it, make it look stock, smaller or bigger than that, your decision.
All apps are depicted at DPI 182 per standard. No other rom has that feature right now
Google Play does not allow density changes and will stop working if you mess around with that. This rom fixes that problem for you 100%.
More stuff: Recents window closer to stock, fixes for overlapping elements, framework fixes, no crashes, working Phone (looks 100% like stock aswell), etc.

- New option: "large" to trick an app thinking the device has a real big screen. some need it, like amazon kindle to jump into tabUI. some even react on it, gdrive will slightly adapt its layout - makes only sense if you give it a small dpi though.
- The algorithm to extract the actual layout containers from apk files works more precise and can reveal more than before. there will still be a few apps left who do that layout stuff in java - we will add an override button for that, but in the meantime you can edit /system/etc/paranoid/properties.conf .layout=360 for phone-like UI, 600 for phablet, 720 = tablet, 1280 = super huge tablet
- Breakthrough: We can finally target the actual layout containers inside the apk. If an app brings only phoneUI, you see it right away as you only have one UI option. If it brings ten, you will be able to pick each one of em. We're finally away from this Phone/Phab/Tab nonsense.
- Total Hybrid engine revamp, alot less clutter, many bugfixes, apps wont make jumps when you load them up because their actual size is calculated by the engine.
- Panel is still growing. It brings new options and new preferences that can even change android system settings.
- Finally hardware accelerated recents in TabUI, as fluid as ever. The ugly gradient is gone aswell
- Paranoid got its own dir in /system/etc/paranoid - pad.prop is not properties.conf
- A clean backup properties file is shipped, you can make a full reset in the panel in case you lost it with all the settings you made
- Force option can be activated in the panel, good for widget scaling
- The DPI sliders in the panel read min/max props from properties.conf, define them as you like
- TabUI Recents are back to a bigger size, this is temporary, i'll look for ways to port the phone implementation as project butter skipped the tabUI code
- CM fixed alot of features again, we included them all

AOKP stands for Android Open Kang Project. It is a custom ROM distribution for many Android devices.
The name is a play on the word "kang" and AOSP (Android Open Source Project).
The name was sort of a joke, but it just stuck, just like our infatuation with unicorns.

This Rom and all of it's features can modify (and enlarge) system files...

Consider disabling all animations in settings > developer options for a nice speed boost.
Consider setting the included Nova Launcher Animation/Scroll speed settings to fast or ftl for a nice speed boost.
Consider limiting your running processes to 2 or 3 via settings > developer options when things are slowing down for you.
When using Barnacle Wifi Tethering app enable 'skip wpa_supplicant' in the app settings.. After using Barnacle you will have to reconnect to your WIFI manually.
If you are not using some of the included system apps (for example dsp-manager) consider removing them from the rom since these can take up precious device memory. (at your own risk ofcourse)
Some camera apps seem to work better than others.. experiment with it.. I've read that camera illusion seems to be quite stable on these alpha roms.
If you have trouble with GPS not getting a lock download fasterfix of the market and set it to your region.
If you have problems with the market try removing your google account, wipe all the data/cache from the market app via application management, force stop it, reboot and log into the market again.
If you have problems with exchange check this post and push the .apk to the system/app directory. (credits manu33xtro)
Nothing 'new' yet.. I've moved my alpha jellybean roms to this thread, because they share the same 'problems and bugs' so it's easier to discuss these things without bothering the ICS users

Since the ALPHA1 I'm facing an issue with connection to twitter app, I'm getting an error in connection but when I try in the browser, I can sign in without any problem. Someone faces the same issue? Any help?

Keep in mind that not only these roms, but also 3rd party apps could use some (more) JB optimalisations and sometimes just refuse to work...
