Yes I got the same error message. When I try slmgr /ato, it says "... No Key Management Service (KMS) could be contacted...."

Yes, the server close. It is a russian server. They test it perhaps. And now the kms server vhd file and some guide have been released. So dont worry, you will activate it soon.
