Since we could nod get source for cm9, thanks to derefas, this morning I started it from scratch.
Here is the result:

What works :
- ril
- wifi (no tethering)
- bluetooth
- usb mass storage
- sound
- sensors

not working:
- hardware video decoding, as usual work in software mode.
- usb tethering does not work on first try, have to unplug, replug, reactivate then it works. (problems with dhcpcd).

minor bugs:
- keyboard is bit bigger than expected. probably need to add some overlay.

not tested:
- gps
- everything else

and of course, device tree is available on my github, so you are all free to contribute

Tried to flash it there but the installation aborted.
got the message E:Cant open /sdcard/roms/cm-9-20120819-unoficcial-pico.zip (bad)

will try download it again and see if that works

Ok got it to boot. Has the same superuser bug as the previous build but i figured that was the case. Thanks for the hard work

So, I went ahead and created an IRC channel at #cm2pico on freenode. Use it for development, discussion and support.

If you want a native android app, go to the play store and search for IRC. There's quite a few apps. Iuse andchat but I recommend that you try out a few apps and decide which one you like. Andchat should automatically configure freenode, but if it doesn't, use this information to set up freenode.

Channel: #cm2pico
Encoding: UTF8

Use
"/join #cm2pico" to join the channel
"/nick <name>" to change your name on the channel. Replace <name> with the name of your choice.
Both commands are to be typed without quotes.

Seriously chill out, manners are important when other people are giving up their free time to work on a project like this derefas will have it uploaded when he has it uploaded.

We have a Awesomely Working ICS Build.

Everything is fine except Overlay issues in Some menus. (Such as Adding a WPA Secured WiFi Connection)

And SU Freezing is still there. Some apps work and some dont. SU Opens Fine. But Opening its Preferences Freezes the Phone.
