Does anyone have this running yet. I download the file but it's a htm file. I wonder do I just change it to a .zip file

Yes.
Up and running, almost everything works, camera, etc. GPS didn't work at first, cleared cache and dalvik, fixed permissions and it's working fine. Only thing I can't get working is the nav bar, set it up, enabled it, rebooted, no nav bar. I get by without it easy enough tho'. Can't find the "long press to kill app", and some of the aokp settings aren't there yet, but overall fast, smooth, and fully functional.

Got it up and running fine, no extension rename needed. Love AOKP! Only thing better would by hybrid version
