Default Think I killed my GS3. :(

Wasn't paying attention when updating my ROM for a AT&T GS3 and accidentally tried to install the Verizon Equivalent. Original ATT Rom was AOKP Jelly bean.

Anybody have any ideas on what to do? The phone doesn't seem to be able to enter recovery mode, but can enter "Downloading... Do not turn off target !!"

Odin back a stock firmware and see if that works. Look in the stickies in development section.

Yeah, if you get the "downloading" then you're golden. Just use Odin to restore to stock.

And here is the stock image you would flash to your phone using ODIN:

Or at least it's the one I use for my ATT SIII.

Thanks guys. I started getting worried when the new version of Odin was not connecting with my GS3. Luckily, the older version on my computer synced right up and am going back to stock.

Phew!

Good thing it seems like the architecture of the US GS3s is similar enough that flashing another carrier's ROM won't result in a nice hard brick that requires JTAG/warranty fix.
