Something like this tool might help you if you are interested (It was built for the One X).

I use Franco.kernel and the updater app on my GNex and love them!! Can't wait till I can run it on Paranoid Android!

I use it on my GNex also and would use it on my N7 if it was OC'ed.

What reason do you need overclocking? If its just to get higher benchmarks then you don't need it. Can't speak for Franco but I would bet that is why he is not including it. The device runs just fine at the 1.2/1.3 stock clocks with stock kernel. Will run better at same clocks with a faster custom kernel.
