Default Chrome Permanent Desktop Mode

I found this guide for those of us that are rooted, as its a pain having to keep pressing the request desktop site button.

I take it that it goes to another page? If so I copied the text from that page into a file in the destination folder called chrome-command-line and set the permissions, which works well.

Download the attached file, place it in the data/local folder and delete the .zip extension, set permissions to read write execute, read execute and read execute. Force stop chrome and re start it and voila all is good in desktop mode.

Hope this helps

Root manager or es file explorer will let you change permissions, just long press the file for the option to change permissions.
